Flight Lounge is CAEA's integrated program for students working at the airport who wish to improve their English .

               -1- Containing over 10 modules and 50 units - Listening, Reading and Writing

               -2- Designed using the latest Learning Management System (LMS) technology

               -3- Individual language classes with a CAEA qualified, native English speaker

Flight Lounge is designed for the following airport staff.

Airport Management:  This includes executives, directors, and managers responsible for overseeing the entire airport's operations. English communication skills are crucial for interacting with international partners and stakeholders.

Customs and Immigration Officers:  These officers play a vital role in processing passengers and cargo through immigration and customs procedures. Effective English communication is essential, especially in international airports.

Catering and Hospitality Staff:  Airport restaurants, cafes, and catering services employ staff who need to communicate with customers, vendors, and colleagues in English. They should be proficient in taking orders and handling customer service inquiries.

Cleaning and Maintenance Crew:  English language skills are valuable for coordinating tasks, reporting issues, and ensuring a clean and safe airport environment. Cleaning and maintenance staff often collaborate with diverse teams.

Security Personnel:  Airport security staff, including security screeners and officers, must communicate effectively, especially when dealing with international passengers and emergencies.

Retail and Duty-Free Sales Staff:  These employees interact with passengers in duty-free shops and retail stores within the airport. Good English skills are essential for sales, customer service, and handling inquiries.
