All Compass intructors have many years experience teaching English to foreigners and this is essential. They also have extensive experience in ESL testing and evaluation and most have worked as a professional ESL examiner.

All Compass Instructors have:

-1- ESL teaching qualifications.

-2- ESL testing & evaluation qualifications.

-3- At least 2-years experience teaching directly to aviation professionals.

-4- Have experience in ESL syllubus creation.

-5- And some even have a pilots license.

All CAEA students studying the Flight Deck Basic, Advanced and Flight Deck Pro courses have the opportunity to take face to face classes with a qualified Compass instructor.

Each class will be delivered live online through either Apple's FaceTime, Microsoft Teams or Zoom platforms.

Each class will be 40-minutes long and will have no more than 5 participating students.

Students enroled in the Flight Deck Advanced and Pro courses will be required to purchase a student book either directly from Compass or via Amazon Books. This student book will be used to promote aviation dialogues amongst the students and teacher and to correct listening and speaking skills.

Classes can be puchased in 2, 5 or 10 class sets and once purchased the CAEA administration team will work with you to arrange a suitable time for you, the other students and the teacher to conduct the class.
