What is Compass Aviation English Academy?
Where is CAEA based?
CAEA has two offices, Brisbane, Australia and Osaka, Japan, however it provides aviation English services to aviation professionals from all over the world. With the use of internet services and its own unique Flight Deck program, students of aviation English can study from anywhere they are.
How do I pay for the Advanced and Pro Programs?
If you live outside of Australia or Japan you can securely pay for your classes thorough PayPal. Its safe and secure.
If however you live in Australia or Japan and you wish to pay directly you can pay by direct deposit to our registered banks. The bank details will be sent to you upon request. But you can also uae PayPal.
Can I enrol with CAEA from a different country?
Of course! Anybody, from anywhere in the world can study the Flight Deck programs. All classes can be held over the internet with a qualified aviation English language expert.
Are there face to face classes?
Yes. There are face to face classes with a qualified CAEA Engflish language instructors available. You choose how many classes you wsh to participate in. Just pay for the classes in advanmce, choose a time with your teacher and you can join a group chat class.
Are the teachers qualified to teach aviation English?
Yes, all the Compass teachers are qualified teachers of English to second or non-native speakers. In addition, all teachers have had extensive experience in teaching and testing for the ICAO proficiency level requirements.
Can I start Flight Deck Open for Free?
Yes you can!
Compass offers the Open program to everyone. All you have to do is set up your account with an email and a password and you have enroled. It's easy.
Can I have an ICAO English language practice test?
Yes you can! Compass Aviation English Academy offers an online telephone placement test with one of our experienced teachers and is offered in both Flight Deck Advanced and Flight Deck Pro courses.
How much are the courses?
There are 3 course fees for each of the programs.

Are there any membership or joining fees?
No, there are no additional fees, no memberships for joining the program and no CD's and DVD's. If you are going to take a face to face all you need to do is purchase a student book for USD$19.50.
